CLA EuroCup eBasketball Season 36: Season Review

The 36th season of CLA EuroCup eBasketball has already ended, and we are excited to present a review of the entire season. For two weeks, we all watched as the best players from each region competed against each other to determine who would make it to the final four and participate in the final stage of the tournament.

In Ukraine, the top four surprised us with the absence of previous leaders, while the presence of new players added diversity and intrigue to the selection process. “Sparrow” secured first place with a 293-point lead. “Romario,” finishing in second, showcased his best skills to advance further. “Space_17” played one more series than the others, successfully taking third place. In fourth position, we have “Jelly.”

In Croatia, we witnessed fierce competition. “Skeletron” and “General77” claimed the top two spots, solidifying their positions as the undisputed leaders of their country. “cimke” took third place comfortably, without concern for close rivals. “Virovec77” needed only 12 series to secure a spot in the final stage, where he will showcase his skills against other players.

In Poland, the region with the strongest player lineup, the competition was the most intense, as participation was highly coveted. “kudo_03” confidently took first place in the standings. The situation became more interesting from there, with very narrow margins separating the players. “KD_23_13,” “maciek2306,” and “Gdm” tied for second, third, and fourth places, with only one point between them. Watching the gamers' battle was truly thrilling. The intense matches and emotional ups and downs kept us on the edge of our seats.

We are pleased to share the results of the group stage of CLA EuroCup eBasketball Season 36, which took place on Saturday. A reminder: the top two players from each group, who take first and second places, advance to the next stage – the “Final Six.” The matches were incredibly intense, as each player aimed to represent their region with pride and advance further.

Group A: “Sparrow” had an impressive group stage, defeating all his opponents and securing first place with nine points. As for second place, “maciek2306” demonstrated extraordinary skills, earning six points and smoothly advancing to the tournament’s final stage.

Group B: “KD_23_13” impressed us not only during the group stage but also excelled in the Final Six. He secured first place with nine points, and his gameplay, which you could witness during the live streams, was simply breathtaking. “Skeletron” finished the stage with two wins, ensuring his spot in the next stage. This group featured some of the strongest competitors, making the battles even more intense.

Group C: “kudo_03” and “Gdm” gave us a Polish duo in the final stage, both earning the same number of points. By sharing first and second place, they claimed the last two tickets to the “Final Six.”

After analyzing the final stage of our tournament, the best players from all regions battled it out to determine who would claim the top spot. The exciting fight for the tournament's gold, filled with intense matches, gave us a whirlwind of emotions.

The fight for the tournament’s gold and the EuroCup trophy remained undecided until the last match. “KD_23_13” emerged victorious, claiming the cup. “kudo_03” took silver, thanks to a better point differential. Third place went to the gamer known as “maciek2306.” Notably, all the medals of this EuroCup went to Poland. This result is imposing, as each qualifying region strives for the opportunity to compete and achieve this honor.

We want to thank all the players who participated in this season. Your hard work, dedication, and passion for the game made this tournament successful.

Sincerely,

The CLA Team
